Returns and exchange details
Since items are made to order, we do not accept returns. However, we do accept exchanges on any non-custom items. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
- Contact us within: 3 days of delivery
- Items must be shipped back within: 7 days of delivery
What if my item/order arrives damaged, incorrect or gets lost in the mail?
Unfortunately, these things do happen sometimes. Please contact us within 5 business days of the delivery date with a picture attached of the damage/mistake and we will get a replacement in the mail for you.
If you have any other problems with your order, please contact us. We are here to help and will do whatever we can to correct the situation.

Items are made to order and may arrive in different packages just like an Amazon delivery.
